About the role

Within an industry that is rapidly becoming one of the most popular forms of home styling and improvement, dot. offers an exciting opportunity for aspiring organisers and passionate individuals with a flair for transforming spaces to join our dynamic team of Professional Organisers.

We are seeking an Assistant Organiser to work alongside our Lead and Senior Organisers to ensure every project creates meaningful change and real impact for our clients. You will assist in managing client spaces, from decluttering and organising to hands-on tasks such as moving furniture, adjusting shelving, and flat-pack assembly. This is a hands-on, physical role that requires dexterity, attention to detail, and a willingness to get fully involved in creating beautifully organised spaces.

Familiarity with core decluttering and organisation principles, along with practical experience, is highly valued. Flexibility and the ability to travel within London and the surrounding areas are also required, as projects may vary in duration and location.

Who we’re looking for

A strong candidate will have a genuine passion for organising and helping people, with a desire to continually develop their skills. You should thrive in a team environment, openly listening to direction and feedback, while also being proactive and enthusiastic, even when challenges arise.

You’ll have a good eye for how spaces work, understanding what makes a room, cupboard, or area functional and practical for the people using it. You’re a natural problem-solver, spotting opportunities to make processes better, and confident tackling hands-on tasks.

We value candidates who are:

  • Passionate about creating organised, functional, and beautiful spaces

  • Collaborative and receptive to feedback

  • Proactive, optimistic, and enthusiastic even under pressure

  • Confident with basic DIY and home-improvement tasks

  • Familiar with decluttering and organisation principles

Please note: to avoid conflicts of interest, this role is open only to applicants who are not currently running their own professional organising business.
